Terms of usefor pspa.ug

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms apply to anyone using pspa.ug. By using the site you accept them. Membership of the association itself is governed by the PSPA Constitution, not by these terms.

About this website

pspa.ug is run by the Payment Services Providers Association, Uganda. It explains the association's work, publishes news and documents, and accepts enquiries and membership applications.

Information on the site

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current. It is general information about the association and the payments sector. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance or investment advice, and you should not rely on it in place of your own advisers.

Where the site summarises laws, regulations or Bank of Uganda frameworks, the official published text takes precedence.

Documents and content

You may download and share the association's published documents for information. Please do not alter them or present them as anything other than PSPA documents. Member logos belong to the member companies and are shown with their permission for identification only.

Membership applications

Submitting the online application form starts the process set out in Article 4.0 of the PSPA Constitution. It does not make a company a member. The Executive Council decides every application by simple majority and is not bound to give reasons.

Links to other websites

The site links to regulators, partners and publications we think are useful. We are not responsible for the content of websites we do not run.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Questions about these terms can be sent to secretariat@pspa.ug.
