PSPA's Chairman and Vice Chairman led member CEOs to the forum, which moved the conversation from designing protection to delivering it.

On Wednesday 23 September 2026, the CEOs of PSPA member companies, led by Chairman Japhet Aritho and Vice Chairman Ronald Azairwe, attended the 4th Financial Sector Anti-Fraud Forum at the Kampala Marriott Hotel.

From design to accountability

The forum was hosted by the Anti-Fraud Consortium with the Bank of Uganda, the Financial Intelligence Authority, the Uganda Communications Commission and other partners. Under the theme "Safeguarding the Citizen: Beyond Infrastructure, Into Enforcement", it brought regulators, law enforcement, the judiciary, policymakers and citizens into the same conversation about who is responsible for protecting people from fraud.
